What did you enjoy about the Football Programme?
I enjoyed the fun and competitive environment, especially the bus journeys and the competitions during training (like two two-touch and crossbar challenges). In addition, I liked that we had lots of opportunities in competitions so we could win more than one trophy!!!
What were your takeaways from working with the football staff department?
Working with Skuse provided me with invaluable insights into the world of professional football. My main takeaway from Skuse is “have good care on your pass”. On the other hand, Paige was a great coach, always encouraging us and providing us with her experience especially as she also won the ESFA competition when she was at school! My main takeaway from Paige is “ Oh my football” which always made us smile!
What was your best experience with St Joseph’s College Football Programme?
Winning against Surbiton in the better competition after losing the previous week to them! And to better that we actually won the whole competition! Which gained us local fame!
