GCSEs are such an important springboard to your Sixth Form academic choices and the range of subjects and pathways at St Joseph’s College allow you to make the best choices for you and your future. We offer an exciting array of A-level, BTEC, CTEC and professional qualifications such as our new Leiths CTH Level 3 Extended Certificate in Professional Cookery to cater for our students’ broad spectrum of interests.
The level of expertise in our teaching staff provides dedicated and specialist learning opportunities to enable every student to achieve their best. The pathway you choose can be formed of pure A-levels or a combination of A-levels and BTEC/CTECs or you can opt for the BTEC/CTEC or professional qualification route. These decisions will be reliant upon your GCSE grades and your academic goals which we will discuss with you in detail at our Enrolment Day on Wednesday 28 August.
Choosing the right pathway is vital in creating the correct opportunities for you to flourish now and in the future. Our highly experienced and dedicated Sixth Form team at St Jo’s work with you from day one to ensure that you are developing your academic and personal skillset in ways that will create a superb experience and with the clear aim of directing you towards your academic, career and personal aspirations beyond the College.
A core influencer in your journey is our Futures Advisor, Mr David Kemsley who has twenty-five years’ experience in recruitment.
